Terms & Conditions

These terms govern bookings made with Quantum Tour & Travels ("we", "us"), based in Mangloora, Kunzer, Baramulla, Jammu & Kashmir.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment. Package prices are per person on double-sharing basis unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change based on season, availability, and hotel category.

Itinerary changes

Sightseeing and travel routes may be altered due to weather, road, or safety conditions in the interest of traveler safety. We will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives.

Traveler responsibility

Travelers are responsible for carrying valid ID proof, being on time for pickups, and informing us of any medical conditions relevant to the trip in advance.

Liability

We act as a facilitator between travelers and third-party service providers (hotels, transport, activity operators). We are not liable for delays, losses, or incidents caused by third parties, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information you choose to share with us — such as your name, phone number, travel dates, and preferences — when you contact us via WhatsApp, phone, email, or the forms on this website.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to plan your trip, communicate booking details, and provide support during your travel. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Reviews

If you submit a review through our website, your name and review text may be displayed publicly on the site. Your phone number, if provided, is kept private and used only for verification.

Third parties

We may share necessary details (like your name and travel dates) with hotels, drivers, or activity operators strictly to fulfil your booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand travel plans can change. Our general cancellation policy is as follows — exact terms will be confirmed at the time of booking:

Cancellation by traveler

• 15+ days before travel: Advance amount refundable after deducting applicable hotel/vendor charges.
• 7–14 days before travel: Partial refund, subject to hotel and vendor cancellation policies.
• Less than 7 days before travel: Advance generally non-refundable, as hotels and transport are already confirmed on your behalf.

Cancellation by us

In rare cases where we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (severe weather, road closures, safety concerns), we will offer a full refund or a rescheduled trip, your choice.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Please confirm exact cancellation terms with us directly before making payment, as they may vary by package and season.
